KO! Magazine's Bobby Nelson with coach Harad:

Bobby: What a game!
Harad: Wow. We're drained. You hope to ease your way into these tournaments but that was tough.
Bobby: It all seemed to be going so well and then the screw turned.
Harad: Yes. I think both teams started nervously and we both made some early mistakes. We got lucky and popped the ball free and got in at 1-0. The dancers showed their class as always to make it 2-0 but then things got really tight.
Bobby: Was that the game plan? Get a lead and try and hold on.
Harad: Yes but we also built around keeping 11 players on the pitch with a lot of money going into apothecaries and babes and that didn't work at all. They Mostly Come at Night are a bigger franchise than we are and their strength in depth really started to tell. They have some fantastic players.
Bobby: But you pulled it out of the bag.
Harad: Yes. We were lucky. Happygrue is a really top coach and to be honest I think they made fewer tactical mistakes than we did. So they could easily have won. But the boys worked hard and deserve the win.
Bobby: Well done Harad.
Harad: Cheers Bobby.

Warpstone Open X Qualifier XIII, Round 1:

A tough match! Both sides edgy about their chances: we mostly have the bash going for us as the beefier team, but woodies with a wiz are never to be taken lightly! Back and forth action with mostly awesome results: lots of damage but also enough turnovers to give the woodies 2-0 at the half. We rallied back but failed the OTT attempt at the end to put us into OT. Inducements turned out to be clutch, as coach happygrue slipped up several times in his attempts to defend against a wizard who loomed all game large. A well timed chop block may have been the real game winner, however.

Well played and good luck with the rest! We'll mostly destroy you next time. :P
