What a mistake, our ball, no blocking, green thing on it, drops it, they pounce. Block first, Ogres, block first. What's next? The ref catches their foul play, Muscle can't block immediately, their Roller can't break, finally we get the ball, and Bully puts a slayer out! They scatter it, then stumble covering!

What a mess, we work on position, Wibble up to Bully, and he's away and clear enough, blitzes the cover and scores.

They take on our green line, wary of the Ogres, but fumble a pass and Goonish clears it for Bully! Dragged low by their dauntless cover, we both struggle for the pickup until it's too late for them to score, out of reach for their little legs, I know that feeling well.

They clear the line again, just four Ogres stand for the second half, against eight dour Dwarves, make that seven as Bully makes the other slayer see skulls. We press their lone thrower, and the catch is dropped, recovered, and fumbled! They regather again, but Fast Franky puts a hip out trying to out-distance the big lads! What a game. Bruiser picks it up, but can't dodge the cover, Bully trying hard to stay out of the crowd in aid. The crowd centres the ball, but they can't pick it up and we can, Bully standing the takedown attempt, and showing off with a pass too!

Our first win in ages, and what luck it took. Not the easiest team these big lugs!”
