“The game took off with a nice 4 KO, 2 stun pitch invasion on me, losing my drive instantly. One out of five KOs made it back (ah the 5th KO was a sweet double skull rerolled to a double skull btw) and I just barely held 1-0 in half time. With fewer players and no breaks I couldn't terminate the lizard drive even though their coach tried to help me several times by impressingly bad plays. :)

Verdes' idea of a "stall" seems to be to either try GFIs with no rerolls or leave free room for a blitz on the ball every turn. This strategy worked perfectly so I guess I'll have to pick it up.”

“Well too I had very good luck the stall was made with a blodge skink for the 2 turns agains a linemen (I think) tha didnt had tackle, the 3rd turn you hit him with a guy that have tackle too you did 3 dodges (with no dodge skill) and a GFI to be able to hit him. after you KO'd him I just rush with another Skink and to back up Sauros to catch the ball and score (too I miss the 1st catch)”
