“A close match on paper, but a pitch invasion by the Terrors fans to start the game put 5 Souls players face down in the astroturf on in the KO box. Despite this, the Souls put on a tough defence and delayed the Terrors from scoring for quite some time, even though they only had 7 players on the pitch due to more and more players getting injured by the Terrors Chaos Dwarf blockers.

The Souls had time left to attempt a score in the opening period but chose not to make the difficult attempt.

The Souls received the first kick off in the second half, but were unable advance the ball beyond the line of scrimmage before they were swamped by the Terrors. The ball was soon knocked loose, and both teams fought for and won the ball then lost it again.

Eventually, the Terrors managed to get the ball clear of the melee in the middle of the pitch and swung it out wide. The Souls were unable to stop the score.

The Souls again had the time to score a TD, but again, chose not to try, instead ganging up on the Terrors Troll and fouling him out of the game!
