“Well, finally a convincing win which didn't just feel like my flukily dicing a superior opponent. The Warlords' running and passing game came together and friendly dodge rolls meant that hardly anyone got pulped by the Trolls.

However, before I become completely insufferable, probably best to bear in mind the following things:

1. The Gobbos had some shocking dice (their casualty came from a hungry Troll eating someone he was supposed to be throwing down the field, and they suffered badly from freak weather conditions - sweltering heat twice on the trot). Their final turn OTTD was only fair.

2. Next game, my team of eleven Elves will contain five journeymen. Does not bode well for long-term development.

3. Beating up outnumbered Goblins in a blocking and blitzing war is not exactly a major achievement.

Still, a win's a win... more or less.”
