“Looking at the dice I will happily admit to being lucky in this one, managing to force an early TD out of the Undead in the first half and equalising before the end of the period.

Then I had a lucky string of dice putting myself in a very strong position early in the second half. The Undead coach kind of gave up the ghost at this point (ho, ho) and didn't bother to pressure my scoring at all, while I didn't attempt to beat up his team too severely while waiting for turn 8. (Not that this stopped him from trying to do some severe damage to my linemen in the very last turn of the game.)

What can I say, sometimes you roll the dice, and sometimes the dice roll you. A good result for the team but not exactly a satisfying one, somehow.
