“Game started with a heavy rainstorm. In spite of the efforts by the pitchkeepers, the field was more muddy than ideal. Specators (both visitors and locals) were very happy that the Broekwater Patriots stadium is at least partially covered. The players seemed to be unfazed by the inclement weather, but the effect of rain showed up in ballhandling both sides.

Patriots game captain Hightower went to the coin toss, and decided to defer. Later at press release commented that he was confident in the defense of the team, and it showed up. Coach later implied that he read the weather forecast, and instructed the all pro MVP linebacker to give the ball to Marauders.

The decision paid off, as Patriots were clearly the more tough team on the pitch. 2 defensive score in 1st half sealed the game. There was proper game plan and talent and execution to cover all catchers on the bruisers side, which limited their options significantly. Then after this happened, it was easy to stop the run game with man advantage. Hightower and Mayo delivered what they are hired for.

This was by far the best game of Flynn, who is now considered a graduated Patriots, and rumors that he will be a team captain at some point if he keeps up with this performance. He completed the blocking drills after this game as a way of celebration, and to transition into the next level simbolically.”
