Tony blows himself up 2 times and then chunks one of the runes into the stands and kills 7 fans, injuries 9 others and sets section 108 row 11 and 12 on fire.

So, there is a grey area here. Did Tony just assume he meant it would mess up some chaos scumm? Never figured it would mess him up, burn his uniform off of him, give him 2nd degree burns and lucky he did not blow off his hand? Not to mention the unlucky fans who had a exploding rune fall into their stadium nachos.
