Coach Bazakastine won the coin toss and elected to kick. They set up an asymmetric defense, then got a Perfect Defence result. We took out 4 guys on the opening turn, and lined up to lock out the north side of the field. The Seers tried to dodge Antonio Brown II through a tight hole, but his AG5 wasn’t enough for all the tackle zones, and he turned over. The rats spent most of the rest of the half running away, but took some damage anyway. The rats pulled off a natural OTS with Joss Tillard to tie it 1-1.

In the second half, the Seers hung back with the ball for a couple turns until they started to lose at the line. Then they zipped all four gutters up to form a north-sideline cage. We pressured the cage, forcing a turn 5 score. We set up again, this time not getting anyone out. Also, the Skaven blitz worked, J. Gipper Throckmorten knocking Fonoti down and causing a scrum on the ball. Brown went out to a foul, and the three remaining ST2 Gutters couldn’t get the ball back. We recovered it on turn 6, passed it up to Gradishar on turn 7, and Gradishar ran it in to tie the score at 2-2.

In overtime, we won the toss and elected to receive. The 7 remaining rats got a perfect defense, and parlayed that into a sack on Fonoti, but by then they were out of gas and had no hope to recover the ball. Fonoti got it back and, with a little hassle from the remaining Skaven, walked in the winning score on turn 6.”
