“The Champions were looking for a match and came across the famous Ultimate Mr. Men. To take on such a big challenge we considered Slibli and others but decided to splash all the cash on Morg.
Santo immediately handed off to Morg as we pushed players back on the LOS. The Witch Elf was leaping about trying to surf players, but kept knocking them down, while Morg and several supporters advanced up a flank. We were trying to hit at Elves but to little effect and they were dodging away spritely. As the Elves gathered Morg made sure of the TD.
The Witch ko'd Ultimatos as the Mr Men broke through our flank. Their carrier Mr Afro then pulled back and he had no problem passing forward to Jeguan who briefly stalled to make it 1-1 at half-time.
We had little hope of stopping the Dark Elves get another with the Lizardmen unable to cause any damage. Some blocking fails hindered our efforts and Mr Happy was able to stall again. As we moved back Pete decided they could get their TD.
We had some time left but a handoff to Morg failed. Santo had to take the ball forward quickly and was eyeing up the end zone. But Mr Happy leaped in and pow'd him down. It was all over when Ultimatos had a blocking fail when a great surfing chance came up.
We had a chance for a draw late on but overall we were outclassed here. More skills need to be learned!”
