“We hired Slibli again to take on this big Skaven side. Their stat freak star thrower picked up the ball but as a couple of Saurii charged forward he decided to sprint forward but stumbled to the ground. A skink picked up and before he could be held up made a TD.

With their Blitzers and star thrower sweltering in the heat off pitch the Rats did well to come back for a TD though it took a blitz escape from a GR on the sidelines to make it. I actually shouldn't have put the skink where I did as it gave the free follow up. We were missing Diablo and a Saurii for the next drive but the Skaven lacked their Wrackle GRs and Santo was just able to get a 2nd TD before half-time.

Second half we were receiving but Morena did a great, long kick. We went to the LOS but leaving a saurus cage corner open for blocking meant Pintxos could then be blitzed down. The Star rat then romped off for an equalizer.

This time the rats kick went off pitch so Spartacus was given the ball. It seemed the match was ours and we were able to steadily take the ball from the centre and make the TD in our final moments.

But it wasn't over and the frustrated Morena produced a moment of magic. A horns 1D blitz push and 2 further pushes meant Ultimatos was chainpushed along with a waiting GR. Ultimatos was then smashed down and their backup thrower did a pass and their GR caught, gfi'd twice (1 rr'd) and scored! Superb.

Little damage caused in the match but it was a great tussle overall. Thanks Morena.
