“With just 4 Saurii blocking was going to be a challenge against this Guard heavy Undead side. Particularly when they produced a perfect defence. Santo kept well back while we had chaos across the LOS. Eventually he saw a chance to pass but he fumbled. Ghoulification took the ball and we couldn't blitz him down. But his handoff to a Wight failed, Santo did well to regain the ball, and he scored alone before half-time. We had suffered a stream of KOs but they came back and things were looking up for the 2nd half.
After a riot the Marauders advanced well. Ghoulification equalized as he dodged his way from our defence.
Santo then received a handoff and pulled off a quick 2nd TD.
That left some time for the Undead to try and equalize. But the Ghoul fumbled! Pantanal couldn't pick up either but with the Ghoul tripping up after picking up it was left to Santo to pick up the ball under pressure and get the ball to Pantanal for a third!
A great result considering a really tough start.”
