It was evident from the previous encounters what the Swashies are up to: Partizan plan! It means heavy fouling, trying to hurt as many opposing players as possible. Coach Matthueycamo deployed that before, and had significant success with it. Sometimes got lucky, sometimes the opponent was not prepared. Not the Brawlers!...
...and apparently the referee as well, who took 2 bribes with him on the first Swashy foul.

The Swashies started the game, and signaled their intentions by blocking and fouling anyone, prioritizing the DP they had (like 5 of them). The Brawlers had a plan to stop it, and stopped it spectacularly! The Swashies later confirmed this was plan A all along, prioritizing a foul over scoring chances / ball protection in the 2nd half. (Apparently the spectators liked the foul fest so much they made sure a riot gives extra lulz!)

The Brawlers decided they will be totally ruthless against such tactics, fouled and hit hard, and predated like never before. They even did not pull back when the opponent just passed the turn, which they usually ease up, but decided not today. The teammates rallied each other chanting: Death to the partizans! Kill all pirrr-rrrrrraaaates!...

...and they almost did, if not for the apothecary. Possibly the most valuable of the Swashies, the ogre (block/guard/standfirm) almost died on a foul, if not for their proficient apothecary!

At the end of the match the scoreboard showed 4-0 for the winners. Lets hope all partizans learn this lesson...
... or else.
