“Finally ending a losing streak that has been going on for months, the Nice Young Chaps With Lovely Smiles took a fairly undeserved 2-1 victory.
Good things: 1. blodge on the ball carrier makes him a lot harder to deal with when your opponent doesn't have any Tackle.
2. remembering to only foul strategically allowed me to take the Minotaur off the pitch with a fractured skull. But the other fouls didn't pay off.
Bad things: the second touchdown was a complete fluke (only made possible by a lucky dodge roll), after a succession of risky GFIs and other nonsense. We kept the ball screened early on, but when the number of players dropped, defence was very weak.”
