“First non-losing game for the elves. Fun game against dwarves with lots of block-tackle-guard players, and some mighty blow to boot.

First half saw the elves step out of the way to let the dwarf-cage trot down the center of the pitch, taking potshots at the odd dwarf who wandered off from the flock. Then, turn 7, an AG5 block elf with no rerolls dodged in between two corners of the cage, 1 die blocked the ball carrier and knocked the ball loose. In the end, the dwarves were just too far from the end zone to score, and the elves got the ball in second half for a shot at a lead.

Eventually they elf balled the ball loose and threw it to a receiver who was pressured to score after 5 turns, leaving 3 turns for the little stocky bikers to run three quarters of the pitch length...

Some nice blocks, a handoff to an AG2 MA4 dwarf who grabbed the ball and hobbled it in for the last-second equalizer using 2 GFI's.
