Lilac Arrows decided to receive and had to face a very solid defense from Eki's Nippon team. At some point, there was an opening to sneak into opposite field and the elves took it but this meant leaving the blodger ball-carrier open to possible blitz. However, notwithstanding Eki's effort, his guys were repeatedly unable to take him down and instead one ninja was surfed into the crowd for a BH. The score than was secured for a partial of 1-0 at the end of the first half.

Second half saw Nippon take quite a beating with MB elf blitzer dominating the scene. However, blodge ninja was able to survive a couple of blitz and scored the equalizer.

At overtime, coin-toss favoured Kuchiyose but under a sizable numerical disadvantage. Ninja then tried the pass to free lineman but he did not only fail, he gave the ball to one of Lilac Arrows lineman, who decided to hand-off immediately to blodger blitzer. However, it was not over yet! 1d blitz on the carrier resulted in him lying done with its armour broken but pick up was failed. Then elf thrower, who, up until then, had player a minor role, took the marked ball, hand-offed to free lineman who runned for the score! Last Eki's attempt for the ball resulted in a failed blodge and Lilac Arrow score for a 2-1 final result.

Eki is a very good player, took the bad dice with sportmanship and it is always a pleasure to play vs. him.
