The team trotted onto the green and saw the other elves. But these were no ordinary elves? They didnt wear lip gloss nor eyeliner. They didnt even care about color opposing pads! OMG, ones even biting his nails. It was an ominous sight for the NCBB Union Support Staff.
Jimbo tried to comfort them: "Dont worry guys. Its perfect wea... *rains drops*... err I mean we got this. Just remember we can only be beaten into submission as far as our union contracts stipulate. And besides, we got Roxanna!"
The game opened up with a casualty as Lauret sent one of the rookies to the hurt locker. It pretty much rinsed and repeated in that fashion until the Krytens scored. Sifting through the caked blood on his waffle house play call chart, the coach looked for answers. Not many were found. By the time the AV breaking and maiming started to normalize, There were about 6 dark elves plus Roxanna on the pitch. The fans wondered if the krytens were just letting the Union get the ball so they had an excuse to hit the player as a priority. James the ref double 1 dodged to his death. Much like the previous dark elf blitzer that died in the same fashion, he ended his life by giving himself a red card for excessive bleeding.
Several dark elves were broken and maimed in the making of this game. All the union could hear was the chewing of their compatriots on the field. At least there was blood - Nuffle be praised.
Karen will be sent back to the Kmart she was drafted from. If you can't lift the ball, then I dont care how much you complain to your supervisor.
The lone bright spot was Vivian. Even with being out elfed, she was able to strip the ball with dodging and using wrestle quite a few times.
And now after getting handicapped again with expensive dead players or others that just need to be fired, do we sign up for the big leagues? Im not sure they can hold their own at this point. BUT who knows? Got some time to think on it.

It's a bummer about losing the Blitzer, but you'll recover. I recommend running Journeymen until after you've bought your third re-roll, then save up to fill out your Blitzer squad, and then to hire linemen up to 13 players before getting a second Witch or Runner (or an Assassin, if so inclined) as a 14th and final body.
Two Runners is problematic at low-mid TV. Once you've got 14 players, that's different, a second Runner can play bench on defense. But right now, you need bodies to eat space, and Runners take 50% more damage than Linemen do, while costing 14% more and shaving your inducement pool by 10k. Also, they're slow starters, as carrier types go. You just can't afford a Leader caddy until late enough that you don't want one.”
