“What a struggle against an excellently coached Ogre team! First half was all Ogre: Judge Holden attempted to steal the ball early but only hurt himself on the attempt, and the rest of the half we just played as much defense as we could before the final punch-in on T8. Second half was amazing, as both teams started off staring one another down at the LOS in rows. Holden managed to punch a hole and the team was able to score on T4. Lined up to defend when the godsend came down: Blitz! Were able to pin the Ogres back deep in their half, but when Holden tried to steal the ball it popped right back to their carrying ogre. On his next attempt the Judge rolled a skull and a snotling foul put an end to his career (and life!). However, his work had kept the ogres back, and after a bunch of hits, the gnoblar carrying the ball went down, scattering it right into the endzone, where we picked it up for the winning TD. Overall, quite a wild match! The elves didn't lose a player to a casualty until the second half, which was huge for these fragile boys ;)”
