“Another game, another loss...sigh

early on, things were looking up. 1st drive, the elves couldn't do much (very sunny weather helped I think)..but my Longbeards and Slayers kept catching the ball when I didn't want them to!!! Heck, a slayer even picked up the ball in 2 TZ's (a BH move on my part moving him there in the 1st place).

But despite my 'ball handling' skills, I could not stop them scoring in the 1st half..but at least they only scored once.

2nd half, opened with a blitz for me..one of my blitzers caught the KO..but the ball was knocked loose. Things were going well for me though, until I decided to blitz with a guy that had to dodge..1 rr 1 (i used my pro skill instead of a RR..but that roll was a 1, so it didn't really matter at all...oh well.)..that allowed him to pass for the 2nd td..

3rd td was much the same..failed some roll that allowed him to make a LONG BOMB for the 3rd TD...not leaving me enough time to score even once..I tried..but fumbled the ball..and even if I'd caught it I'd had to make 3 dodges...maybe I could have gotten it to 2..and 2 GFI's)...

Now, don't get me wrong, this was a fun game. all my casualties were BH's (he failed a dodge and died, but the apoth worked)..and KFoged was fun to play against.

Took another pass blocking longbeard..and this one had dodge already ! :)
