“The match was closer than the score-line suggests...

The Brave Companions received the ball, and after a few failed attempts to throw it around the Wet Chicks Gutter Runner picked it up. He was, however, briskly rammed face-first into the turf while the ball bounced into The Tickler's hands, who threw it upfield to Dunsen who ran in for the touchdown.

In the next drive the Brave Companions surrounded Underground King, but he managed to escape the Wild Animal trap and a touch-down for the Wet Chicks was the result.

Back to the Brave Companions, who took the ball, charged upfield and surrounded Underground King once more, after badly hurting the thrower shielding the rat ogre. Underground King then knocked himself down against Dunsen, who was stunned as a result of the collision. The Brave Companions charged the stunned skaven and killed Kamu Sutra, while the Wet Chicks apothecary was apparently enjoying himself with some cheerleaders. After that one of the Brave Companions put a boot to Underground King's head, who got knocked out.

After taking charge of the field, the Brave Companions helped Dunsen regain his feet, put the ball ito his shaking hands and hauled him bodily into the end-zone.

The second half started with Underground King enthousiatsically hitting the Brave Companions' lone Chaos Warrior but somehow manages to stun himself while doing so. The Brave Companions charged upfield to harass the thrower hanging around there to collect the ball. After a scrappy few turns, the Wet Chicks gathered up the ball and tried to pass it, but it scattered wide. The Brave Companions knocked away all rats around the ball, while at the other side of the Line of Scrimmage Underground King got severely angry and head-butted the beastman next to him. Unfortunately, he got The Septon's horn into his eye and through his brain, and died.

The Brave Companions then took the ball firmly into their possession and gave it to Polliver, who scored two turns later.

With two turns left the Wet Chicks received, and after knocking a few beastmen to the floor one of the Chicks got knocked down himself. Taking full advantage of this gap in the defence, the Brave Companions swarmed the ball (which had happily scattered onto the Line of Scrimmage), protected it, then passed it upfield in the last turn of the match for a defensive two-turn touch-down.

After using three re-rolls in as many turns to start the match off, I thought I was screwed. It got even worse when the rookie rat ogre escaped my almost-perfect WA trap. However, after that luck made a complete about-turn and I managed to do just about anything. The Rat Ogre proceeded to fail even his 2d his choice blocks, while at the same time not managing to escape either of the two traps I set for him, eventually killing himself in the last of the traps. I kind of owe Underground King the victory. :)

However, the last touchdown was a bit of cheese. I managed to pick up the ball, block a horde of skaven with my unskilled beastmen, go for it four times and make a succesful pass (without having any re-rolls left) for a lightning-fast Chaos two-turner.”
