“Not once, not twice, but three times this game I failed a 3+ dodge (with a reroll) that would've let to an easy 2d block on the ball carrier. I also failed a gfi (with reroll) and got 4 push backs on my 5th chance to hit his ball carrier.

With my best player out and my second best player niggling (for the second game in a row) I was a little worried at the beginning. Then when his first turn foul BHd my 3rd best player I thought I wouldn't have a chance.

Little did I know that my opponent would make little or no effort to protect the ball (I guess he had faith that I would fail 80% of my dodges).

This is just one of those games where you just have to shake your head and say "it just wasn't meant to be".”
