#4 Ranger Robert – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#4 Ranger Robert – Smashed Collar Bone (-ST)
Indeed a most enjoyable experience, and the fans seemed to actually cheer on the noble Khemri once or twice. It was a well deserved victory for the Amazonian Babes, who very skillfully were able to split my entire team apart with dodges and blocks and a long wait during the second half. Dont really recall why I did that GFI, but I guess I just wanted to score and thought a 1/6-chance was worth gambling on. All in all a pretty interesting game, and to no surprise the Zons were able to dish out more dmg on my nondodge/AV7 skeletons.

Edit: There were actually two Amazons who were able to blitz the blitz-ra, and that was probably the main reason I chose to try and score. One of them was that vicious +ST-babe. (Hot as she might be, she's still danger to the undead population you know.) And the other was Charlise Theron, who I desperately wanted to kill the entire game, because she's a monster. =)

Luck reading is out due to a late disconnection.
---------
What an amazing game. The Babes had hired Zara (with the knowledge and consent of the Deathrangers!) and started in defence in wet muddy conditions.

Things looked very bad when the Deathrangers! badly hurt one of the Babes in the opening seconds of the match (only one pow in the first turn, but it was a good one!). The Babes kick had also floated around in the wind and landed directly underneath a Throw-Ra who caught the ball!

The Babes moved in and tried to contain the Khemri team, but soon found themselves further outnumbered when one of their players badly hurt herself on a failed dodge!

It was a titanic struggle for the ball with the Babes losing more and more players, and the Deathrangers! slowly bringing the ball upfield. The Babes managed to win the ball, but then lost it when Zara rolled four skulls on a block (double skulls rerolled into double skulls) and the Deathrangers broke recovered the ball and sent her to the casualty ward with a mass foul!

A Deathrangers! Blitz-Ra managed to scoop up the ball in the wet and sprinted for the end zone, but tripped in the end zone and stunned himself! (I think he didn't even need to GFI as my player might have been out of range to blitz him, possibly I might have put a TZ on him to force him to blitz or dodge the next turn, but I can't recall).

This allowed the Babes to recover the ball and keep it safe until half time. The Babes did foul a Deathrangers! Throw Ra and badly hurt him, but he regenerated!

The fans were mainly pro Babes now as they were getting such a hammering with lots of cheering for everything the Babes did right, and plenty of booing for the Khemri team who just playing the game.

The second half saw 7 Babes line up against 11 Deathrangers, and one of the longest cat and mouse games ever seen on a FUMBBL pitch.

The Babes spread out as best they could and played hit and run, dodging away repeatedly and drawing the Deathrangers all over the field. The Deathrangers did not have the speed to keep enough players covering all the players and this allowed the Babes to pick off lone Deathranger players whilst relying on their blocking and dodging skills to survive the Deathrangers' return blitz each turn.

Amazingly, the Babes were causing more casualties than the Deathrangers, and eventually, they managed to use their speed to screen the delivery of the ball down the left wing into a late score to seal the match.
----------
A most fun and bizarre game. I certainly had a lot of luck in the second half, making a lot more than 8 out of 9 dodges (statistically that is how many one fails a 3+ with reroll). However, I was also very unlucky to get the four skulls in the first half that let my opponent almost score and also losing Zara to a foul.

It was a very fun match with lots of specs cheering and booing. One of the most enjoyable I have played for a while. My opponent played well apart from possibly the GFI in the first half that lost him the ball (I think he was going to be safe, will have to check the replay sometime if the bit before the disconnect is there too).
