“Two old friends meet on the the pitch again. Will the Face be able to dominate, or was it the Hellfishes turn to rule?
It start off looking bad for me, a had a player niggle out and had to deal with a perfect defense, and then double skulls first block. This got me thinking "oh no, not one of these again". As the turn progressed I managed to KO 2 player in succesion... wierd.
After a couple more turns of fairly bad luck and strange occurances I'd managed to lose the ball then claw it back again but could not protect the ball carrier. JanMattys mugged me with this dauntless catcher and scored. I was up against it here, the luck was bad, but I had KO'd a few of his players.
The second drive saw me making no mistakes this team, I played it safely and managed score to make it 1-1 at half time. The second half started with a kew more KOs and cas for me, and the rest is history. I managed to overpower him and get the ball to turn it in on turn 8 for the win.
Thanks for the game again JanMattys, this was definatly my lucky game. No complaints, always a great opponent.”

Tha game started quite good for me. Thanks to a wizard lightning bolt I could steal the ball and score in turn 4. (BTW: I didn't want to waste my wizard, but once I selected it I could not cancel it... the client said "press [ESC] to cancel, but it didn't work...).
After that he KOed two of my players, changed side of attack and scored for the tie. Before turn eight he KOed another one, and this coupled with a double SI led to me starting second half with 8 players. Later 7.
His undead team is very good (amazing wights) and he did a great job in controlling the field and watching me deplete my rerolls in the (vane) hope of breaking through his defences.
The game was fun as always. This guy is worth a match anywhere and anytime.
I won't give up Squig_87... Now it's 2-2 =)
