“The 5th match for the kids, and what fun! It started off pooring rain, and then miraculously dried up completely just as the kick off was taken. It was surreal. ..and then..
Two very long halves.. a huge drive that went on and on, resulting in Nephew Nukk scoring. There was just enough time left in the half for Coatyl FeathersFlame to run in an easy TD. The new skink, Sharp Joxyl proved alittle soft and left the field in the first half, not to return. While Me Stupidt Kill proved nice and stupid and ran around a hit people (orcs and stuff) like a good saurus should.
The second half was fun, and stupid. We played really good like. Coatyl grabbed a loose ball that some people were struggling over and ran for the line. Two orcs manged to catch him, but could only get close enough to try and trip him as he ran through and scored!! Then after that a failed Nukk throw left the ball and orcs vulnerable and the skinks set to work. Coatyl caught a fine pass, honest, don't know why it didn't stat, K_W_M will surely back me up on that, and ran for the line, certain to score, noone even close to him.
Strangely, he just stood there.. let time run by and then, instead of scoring just as the whistle blew, he watched as a saurus tried to dodge past an orc (? what, why'd he do that? i hear you ask.. you'll have to ask Pernicion that.. he is drooling and seems rather plant-like). Then the match was over. The fans of Censored Fungus -ask Admin seemed to like it.. shame about the poor turn out.

Nukks had the luck early and were able to make a solid run down the right wing for Nephew Nukk to score the TD whilst the rest of the Clan were able to keep the CF -aA bottled up at the scrimmage line.
Fungus made good field position after the restart and Coatyl made a run up the centre dodging through the Nukks defense for the score just before the end of the half.
The second half began well for Fungus with a shocking kick that gave them a great start. Coatyl was again able to perform some very fancy foot work to dodge past 2 Nukk defenders for another score early in the half.
At the restart the kick went deep and Squinty was hard pressed to get back and retrieve the ball. Exposed and with 3 Fungus players charging toward him he attepted to pass the ball up field. Featherbrain Jim lived up to his name and watched stupidly as the ball bounced right off his chest. After some good blocking the star of the match Coatyl received a pass (not in the stats!?!) and made for the line. In the clear, Coatyl looked about to achieve his hat trick but it wasn't to be as some poor work by the Fungus offense ran the clock out before he could cross the line.
A good match with lots of exciting play. Both coaches bemused by the lack winnings for such a fine display of BloodBowl.”
