Okay, that was some bad poetry but I'm tired, m'kay? The game seemed like it was off for an okay start for the Jokers with a Blitz! on the kick-off table but the expected touchback reduced the usefulness of it. Soon a lineelf got BH on a crowdsurf but some shuffling from both teams later meant that what looked to be a rather easy attempt at getting back at the Lizzards by sending a saurus surfing (as well as preventing a further crowdpush on my ranks) ended promptly as snake eyes caught up with us. All was however well - soon we saw another double skull by a Saurus and both teams were out of RRs. I spotted a chance at getting a 3d blitz on the ballcarrier but again this was not to be as I made the success of rolling a pair of skulls myself.
Soon I was down 0-1.

The following kick-off presented another Bltiz! Unfortunately I was not the happy user this time and there was no touchback for me resulting in a rather dificult struggle to remain in control of the situation as I was put under heavy pressure by slanter who soon managed to score a 2nd TD.

A rather slim chance to make a OTT remained but was stopped soon enough as I was Blitz!ed once again.

2nd half commenced and I didn't expect to pull home a win but was still rather confident that I could manage a draw. And I got it - in a rather spectacular way as well:

No RRs left, the ball is only 1 square away from my EZ and next to a skink. Only 1 Elf in reach of the ball. He goes in for the ball, 3+; manages it. Dodges and GFI at the same time; manages it. Long bombs, 5+; manages it. Lineelf in a TZ attempts to catch. 3+; graps it in the air. Dodges; yes! Hands off to elf in TZ... 3+... Oh yeah! Dodge? No problem and the score is 2-2. One of my more spectacular TDs of late. Don't think I've ever managed something similar in a long time or ever for that matter (except for my first and so far only stunty match). More than made up for the 1st half I guess.
