Captain got his revenge this game after our last travesty of a match. Fortunately luck was quite even this game and the match proved close till the end.

I did roll quite a few snake eyes, but on the other hand that was almost all the 1s I actually got so I don't feel robbed in any way - even less so because Captain also had a few double skulls here and there.

The game was decided in the very last turns of the game after an interesting scatter in the attempt to pick up the ball from an orc - the ball went to the LOS enabling the DEs to get in posession of it after some fortunate rolls. The orcs managed to wrestle it loose however and the ball was now on the floor.

The elves attempted to make a last turn TD but the plan was foiled by a pair of skulls. Just as well I guess - there were far too many 1s to be resolved. It however meant that the orcs could block the ball free, pick it up and manage a 4+ pass to an awaiting blitzer who ran in the win.

I didn't play my best this game - especially evident in the 1st turn of the 2nd half where I leave my offence wide open after a failed pick-up attempt - and Captain1821 managed his orcs skillfully as the experienced Orc coach he is and got a well earned win.
