“We Survived! This was a game the Stingers were dreading, a return match against the Lizardmen. With the promises of a stomping in the Lizard team write up the Stingers were fed mind-altering drugs in an effort to make them show up to play. Most of the Elves thought they were at a Hobbits Wheatbeer festival in the Shire and early ball handling fumbles proved it. Enough elves hit the dirt and snapped out of it to take a 2-1 lead early in the second half. But alas crucial rolls came up skulls and the Lizards leveled and narrowly missed a 3rd TD late in the game. The Stinger AV7 held out to another draw for these two teams in what was a rough game.

In this much awaited return game with the Stingers, Vugdish II led the way from the front with 8 blocks, in a game that lacked the usual high blocking of the Fossils. Ratpoker consistently ran the ball out of defense with 35 rushed, his 2 touchdowns a fair reward for his brave advances into the opponents half.
Grunts of credit were give to Ferryn WyvernSting, recognising his continued harassment and psyching himself up for 6 blocks against stronger lizards. Perhaps the key tactic of the elves that confused the simple lizards was that neither of their throwers threw the ball. Well done Theseus Grovewarden with rushing and passing.
