A fun game against a fun opponent that was only marred by the turn 7 serious injury to his Blitzer.
With 14 vs 11, it was a tough ask for my opponent in sweltering heat when he often had 2 players out on offence. Still a closely contexted game and with just a little bit of luck, he could have evened the score at 2-2 instead of me stealing the ball and taking the deciding 3-1 lead. Iit took a 3 GFI to set up the hit, and then we had a mass mob fight for the ball which I eventually won due to superior numbers.
Justice was served when my only player to get an advance (a Blitzer with 30 SPP) failed her aging roll and also got a -AG as well!!!
Man, I wish I had kept track of my aging rolls on this Zon team as I have had at least 5 players fail the 31 roll out of about 25...
Anyways it was a fun game and I wish tautology luck with his team.

Malthor gave me a ray of hope by not stalling at the end of the first half, allowing me a chance to go into halftime up 2-1, but a fumbled 3+throw by my passer put an end to that hope.
A first turn apoth on my RIP'd rookie blitzer (trying to build up a bit for the cup you know) ended up costing a -AG on my blodge/guard/sidestep blitzer...nice.
On the upside, I miraculously passed 2 51+SPP rolls wothout aging..
I suppose that's a wash.
