“150k is a record gate for the Knives. They must have come to see the Champions of Nature, and were certainly in for a good match. We made some fairly poor plays and were lucky to get away with a draw (though if I had been playing a bit better, I should have been able to win with the kind of luck I had). Canales certainly played well, and probably deserves a win out of that game, but luck was not on his side.

The apothecary was used fairly early in the game to prevent a niggle on Mildew (I think it was him anyway - them woodies all look alike to me), and the champions certainly seemed to be expecting to end up taking some damage for it. What they weren't expecting, however, was that it would be their mighty Treeman. It was quite a surprise to both teams, particularly the Lineman who dealt the fatal blow. Mercurion says that he barely touched the tree, and wishes to send his deepest apologies to the rest of the team (from a safe distance).
