Guillermo's Red Wolves - 'The begining'
Guillermo's Red Wolves - 'The beginning'

Guillermo Reyes a.k.a. 'the Red Wolf' has been to war numerous times. He and his war band 'Guillermo's Red Wolves' has been working in the Borderlands for as long as he can remember but the glorious days for mercenary work has ended. Some say that the peace is a good thing, Guillermo says it's not. Warriors from all over the world form the band of mercenaries. Guillermo himself is born somewhere in Estalia but that was another life and he's not even sure that's true anymore. The Red Wolves are moving from the outskirt of mankind and are heading straight for the Old World. News are spreading about the most brutal league of Blood Bowl ever known to man - the Black Box. In the league, Guillermo and his red wolves will get a new shot at gaining precious gold while doing what they love the most. They might be rookies to the game but not to the art of war. Nevertheless, they will have to start at the bottom and try to work themselves up the food chain. First goal is to join the other brave humans in the Human League Conference and make a name for themselves. Second goal is to fill up the treasury that are now depleted since mercenary work been scarse and the Red Wolves invested what they had to form the team. If you want to compete in the highest level in the Black Box, the Human League Premiership, you need a hefty chunk of gold.

Señor Reyes is an intelligent man and he's well aware of his lacking Blood Bowl experience. It so happens to be that one of his comrades father, Laila Kopp, is a kind of well merited BB coach and one that is not unknown to humans and an aggressive play style. Laila’s father the coach Shakall ones managed to coach a team of humans that made the most amount of damage to the other teams and ever since then he be itching to try and find another promising group of humans to coach. The Black Box is known territory for Shakall and he knows what it takes to play in there, he also knows that it's an unforgiving place for humans. Longing to spend time with his daughter and excited to coach Guillermo and his Red Wolves coach Shakall has accepted Guillermo’s proposal. Shakall and Guillermo had a long secret meeting in Al-Haikk. Guillermo and Shakall walked out and shook hands in front of the waiting crew that gave up their wolf like war cry. When the formalities was over, they held a feast to celebrate their new coach and newfound team. They feasts lasted all night and the last three bodies to drag themselves to bed was Guillermo, Shakall and Laila. Before they parted, Shakall promised Laila that he would coach her and her teammates free for a time until they established themselves higher up in the league. Laila embraced her father and went to bed, Shakall went strolling around for a bit quit happy with himself. Not a bad day at all. He had reunited with his first born and gotten his hands on a seriously promising group of humans. Let us make history he thought for himself.

Human League Conference - season XXX

Game #1: In the premier game Guillermo's led his team against some fierce orcs. The game was really tight and ended in a draw. Akashita scored the team’s first TD and Gorthag presented himself by killing a black orc, unfortunally the apothecary ran in and saved his live. In the proses, Gorthag accidently trampled the leg of the orc and smashed his ankle. This way the black orc will not forget the ogre that easy. The team gained some new fans and Gunther Shepke is voted MVP. All in all a game that had some bad and some good, the Red Wolves walked away with the whole team and bagged 50.000 gold coins.

Game #2 & Game #3: Was a head to head battle against a bunch of goblin pirates. The team managed to draw both games but they looked a little astounded about meeting a bunch of goblins with all kind of weapons on the pitch. Shakall had been very clear about not bringing weapons on the pitch and the players were quit angry at first. The coach somewhat managed to explain how it was that goblins had weapons but no one else did. He had to admit that this was just one of those things you have to accept in life.

The first game was total mayhem and the players nor Shakall were not at their best. The goblins played solid in both games but in the first they even had their fans helping to open up for a late equalizer. Laila Kopp the daughter of Shakall is the first player on the team that kills another player. Coach Shakall was mighty proud when he understood that Wystan 'The Fool' Sax would never recover from Laila’s block.

In the second game versus the goblins their chainsaw wielding mad man, Mad Mike, killed Guillermo! The apothecary, Babak the Brutal, was rushed to the pitch and luckily he could save his life. This was after Wolfgang had killed Marley 'One-Eared' Ike. It did not stop there because they red wolves demanded redemption for the attempted murder on Guillermo and they would get it. It was the crowd favorite Gunther Shepke that eventually ended Mad Mikes life, may he find peace in the afterlife. All in all the two games where intense and the team is in the middle of a steep learning curve. The team managed to save a lot of gold (130.000) and gained some new fans after both their games. To top it off they managed to kill three goblins.

Game #4: Coach Shakall would never admit that he was scared but he was. When he looked across the field, he saw some towering foul creatures of nurgle. Not only where they stronger but the stench made the eyes water so passing or handling of the ball wouldn’t be a viable tactic. The nurglers were on the paper a fair bit stronger then the humans so Shakall got some money to even the odds. Shakall being the aggressive coach he is gave the money to the referee so that he would keep a blind eye on the red wolves.

The game started and Guillermo's team could not find a way thru the nurglers and they are pressed back almost to their own goal. Shakall was starting too sweet a bit at this point but he kept cool and waited for the shot. The team did a good job and held it together. Luckily, the nurgle coach made that one mistake that opened up the field and Bartlett could hand the ball to Osman Al-Rashad that scored a late TD. For the second half we were up 11 vs 9 that is when our fans hurls a rock to knock out one of the nurgle warriors. Now things started to look good. The team rushed forward and the players put good use of the money spent on the bribe. Eventually they got hold of the ball and it was handed to Shaka Kibutho that walked in the second TD for the evening. The nurglers gave up the fight and the red wolves punished them for their lacking moral. The man of the hour was Haqim Al-Harkhebi that killed the beast of nurgle with a perfect foul.

Game #5: The fifth game looked like it could be hard to win but not like a dangerous one. Coach Shakall went all in for winning the game and they succeeded with it. The team receives quite a bit of punishment from the low down dirty rats. Babak and the team watched Darren Blackwood die since Shakall signaled the apothecary to sit down. Hard decision to take and maybe the wrong one since Guillermo got his neck broken a bit later and when Babak gets the signal to run on to the field he almost kills Guillermo. It looks like Babak needs to be a bit more careful or he will find himself with a knife in his back. Guillermo is sitting the next game out but will return to the team soon. Shakall sat the players down after the game and told them that being the leader of the team means that he sometimes have to take hard and unpleasant decisions. If they want to play and win in the BB-tournament there will be more blood spilt. Guillermo tried to nod his head but it hurt too much and he could not stand up instead and said 'We're behind a hundred percent Shakall and we trust you to take the right calls. But now you shall feast and celebrate our fallen comrade!"

Game #6: If a player ever deserved a MVP-award it's was Xavier in his 4th game. He started with gouging the eye of Clumpsy the Wardancer and then went on to smash the ankle of Rookie with another foul. This was done in such a smooth fashion that the referee did not interfere and the Wood elves folded like a house made of straw. The game was an impressive 3-0 victory, which is the new team record. The elven team is so badly bruised that they were never to be seen again. Shaka Kibutho should also be mentioned since he smashed the collarbone of Treesy and hurt another line elf named Rocky. This was indeed a proud moment for the team that showed real fire when the captain was out with an injury. The Coach himself was going bonkers in the dressing room and could not stop praising the players that finally brought the pain to the opposition.

Game #7: Coach Shakall had a dillema. The team seemed to work better when Guillermo Reyes was not playing and now he had a permanent injury to make matters worse. But the man was an icon and his comrades worshiped him. Shakall felt lik everybody targeted Reyes and that he himself altered plans to keep him safe but the team proved that they could work just as good if not even better when Reyes was not on the pitch. A plan started to form in Shakalls mind. Coach Shakall is many things; a loving father, a devouted husband, a strategist and a trusted friend. One thing his not is a nice man and Guillermo Reyes was not his friend. One could say that if it was not for the charismatic mercenary his daughter would have return years ago from her little exploration. God knows how many times she had risk her live follow Guillermo's orders. Shakall could feel some rage filling his chest. This was it Shakall had started to distance himself from his captain and slowly he created his master plan. Later that night he visisted Babak's house and they sat up late that night while Babak got clued in.

The following day was match day and this is how it all went down. Guillermo was back to his crews delight but once again they perfomed porly and could not managed to stop the elves from scoring nor did they manage to impressive in the close quarter combat. Then it happened in the 7th Lyanth blitzed Guillermo and the captain went down. The sound could be hered all the way to the back of the stadium. Babak was rushed into the pitch and he saw what Shakall had feared the most Guillermo was alive with his back injured. Babak moves the poison swifthly from it's secret hiding spave into his palm and poured into Reyes mouth. Babak stood up shook his head and asked for help to carry the lifeless body of the pitch and into the dressing room. There the old hero died unconcious and he was pronounced dead at the half-time rest.

In second half it was another team the elves had to face and it eventually ended in a draw. Many elves got knocked out that game but only one did get injured. Wolfgang Dunkle blocked Korthil so hard that he sprained his groin.

After the game Shakall gathered his team and started of by praising them for pulling themselves together in half time to honour their captain. He told them that he thinks they must remain the team name to honour Guillermo and to remember why they play the game in the first place. It's not about the money no more it's about the game and showing the strenght and resilience of mankind! The players went crazy after his speech. The frantic players was screaming for vengance and they were about to run out and hunt down the elven team. That's when some yelled "Silence!". It was Hector Reyes, Guillermos oldest son. "If you do that we will surely be expelled from the league. We have to wait and train. We were not good enough today to beat them on the pitch we have to work harder. Now I have a father to burry and you a comrade, then we feast but tomorow I wanna see you all for morning practice. Long live Guillermo and long live his Red Wolves!"

It seems like Shakall managed to creat and icon and talisman for the team, get the team on the right mindest to play the game and to top it off he got himself a new blitzer. Hector Reyes had looked really promissing in practise and he would make a good new number three. Shakall had a good feeling about this boy.

Game #8: The first game without Guillermo was an odd one. Infront of them stood ten juicy wood elves and a tree. Shakall thought they might lose the game since the wood elf coach played hyper aggressive and was actually more succesful with the blocking game. Shakall did not say it out loud but he was furious from this weak display. Thank good that the wood elves over commited and Osman al-Rashad managed the first interception for the team. After his team fell in and caged him up we could just run down the clock for a suprising victory. Man of the hour was Osman for sure but Laila manged to snap the MVP. It seems that she is the fans first pick.

Game #9: So it happened, we lost our first game. The skavens was just to fast, to agile and on their toes tonight. It ended in a 1-2 defeat and the players should not hang their heads tonight. Hector was rightfully voted MVP after he hurt Booger and put Bug-eye to sleep. The beast Shaka Kibutho also scored a kill tonight - the rat Boogle. We didn't lose no players and made 40.000 gold coins so all in all not a bad night.

Game #10: Another game versus goblins and again mayhem. The golbins brought a bomber from hell and even Shakall was a bit clueless on how to deal with him. The bomber manged to kill Shaka Kibutho but Babak managed to save his life but not without gouging him in the eye first. Unfortunately Gunther Shepke's life could not be saved when he also got hit by a bomb. To make matters worse Hector fractured his leg when a troll namned Loser tackled him. Hector will be back after resting a game together with Shaka. The game ended in a draw after the team got their shit together and knocked alot of goblins of the pitch but it was way to close for Shakall's liking. It's apperent that we struggle against goblins.

Game #11: Coach Shakall had warned the team about the Black Box and the faith of humans in there. Another loss and this one left a bitter taste it all started great when Xavier started fouling the chaos dwarfs. He managed to hurt two and knock out a third, unfortunatly the apothecary saved one and the other came back. Solid play from all players but still with some luck that can only be described like black magic the chaos dwarfs scored. In second half we were down 8 versus 11 but still we managed to heroicly score but there was just to much time left. Gorthag hurt himself among other things and when they had the ball we could only field 6 players to try and defend the draw. This was off course futile. Haqim Al-Harkhebi a.k.a. The Spider broke his neck and will probably have to leave the A-team. Big props to Xavier that are leading the way for the team. Coach Shakall that had a meeting with Gorthag before the game about his performance was not impressed with todays game. Rumour is that Shakall has sent Babak out to scout for a new ogre. This is bad news for Gorthag in so many ways.

Game #12 - Birth of a team: Game #12 proved to be Blood Bowl at it's worst and it's best. Dwarfs. Shakall was cursing to himself. He hated dwarfs. But the game started really good Osman knocked out the Trevor Grinder (POMB), Laila surfed the blitzer Hans FS Flip and they used thier apothecary. Then Xavier kills Frank Geminiano and shit looked good. Then all of the sudden Xavier gets blocked and is about to die when Daniel' All in' Shakall sends in the apothecary. Xavier survives but will always have back problems. That's when it happens Shaka Kibutho gets blocked and he's dead right there on the spot. The team seems unafected and keeps going and Osman walks in the first TD for the evening. In second half the dwarfs that have some serious advantage with players scores a quick TD to tie the game and they will now try and force a turn over and claim the victory. Hector knocks out Joe NoComply soon there after Gorthag that had a real goos second half smashes Hans FS Flip hip. Eventually bye some genious plays Alan Bartlett Shepard manages to score and secury the victory.

After the game Shakall gathered his troops and said that this was the best performance he ever witness. The players should all feel pride today and carry their heads high. He was proud to be their coach and they should know that Guillermo would have weeped of joy if he saw todays performance.

Game #13: Boosted with moral the team faces of an Ogre team for the first time. They oppostion brought not one but six ogres and their coach was a brilliant mastermind. That did not matter today since the belife was so high among the crew that they could not fail. What ever the Guillermo's Red Wolves tried it worked and they were laying out snotlings by the number. Osman had a fantastic game. He hurt three snotlings, scored both the touch downs and made a record by scoring 12 points in one game. The new blitzer Tupamaro introduced himself by hurting an ogre and Gorthag seriously hurt another. Hector Reyes got his second MVP for some reason. I guess that being the son of the iconic leader is enough. Shakall feels that the plan of removing Guillermo has been the right one. It seems like the players and fans alike love to have the iconic mystical man to follow even after his demise.

Yorick Vilehawk stepped in for Xavier and Chad Brinley that did not play today due to injuries. Shakall thinks he did a good job, he was brave and unselfish. After the game Shakall handed him a jersey with number and wellcomed him to the troop. For the first time the team got thirteen players.

Game #14: Khemri on the meny for the fist time, this will surley be a hard game. The team started great but by some dark magic game turned really sour. The team got a big player advantege but that would soon even out. Laila died after falling over when she dodged away from a tomb guardian. Shakall sent in Babak that managed to save her life but she did suffer a fractured arm. Shakall knew that he should not use Babaks valuable service on a lineman but this was his daughter after all. And sure enough it happened what had to happen Osman get blitzed by some random skeleton that breaks his neck and that's how Osman the war dancer becomes just another blitzer. The fouling expert Xavier got another back injur (but not until after he seriously injured the tomb guardian Cuatro) to top of the insult. He will retire from the A-team but will be working as a trainer since few players can foul like him. The game ended in a costly draw after Bartlett failed to run those extra steps to lose his opponents. Osman says he want to quit while at the top of his game he don't want to be remembered as a broken down old man. Fair enough Shakall said but only if he agrees to becoming the tackling coach. Osman is happy about this arrangement and ask the coach for a favour. Osman want's his son Amir Al-Rashad to get a shot at the first team. This arrangement pleases Shakall since Amir looks to be a promising young blitzer.

Shakall needs to do some soul searching now. He has lost some of the best blitzers he ever coached this season. It's not working out to be attatched to players or try to predict the outcome of the game. First the injuries on Xavier and now Laila costed the team dearly. Laila was his most precious thing in life so it would be impossible not to aid her when she was in danger. He would have to let her go but would she listen to her old man and understand his reasoning? From this day on if a player is expendable Babak will not get sent in incase of injuries, no matter how hard this will be for Shakall. He needs to make rules and stand by them.

Game #15: The Red Wolves met a new race today, Amzonians. The team was coached by a very old man and was so uneventfull that Shakall fell asleep sometimes during the first half. The players felt sorry for him and did not want to wake him up since they know how hard he works for the team. Shakall and Babak are sitting up late every night planning and scheming. To top it all Laila left the team after she found out that coach Shakall had treated her better then her follow linemen. The whole team could here them argue last night. Bottom line is that Laila is stubborn, just like her old man. Shakall tried to calm things down and said "Laila you will understand one day when you get children of your own". Laila is not really that mad at her father and truth be told she's kinda glad she got an excuse to leave since Blood Bowl is not really her big passion. Her mother always dramed of being a famous player and this was Lailas attempting to please her parents. Rumour has it that Laila will study art or go back to mercenary work but only time will tell. Well yes, the game ended in a draw.

Team status is that we finally got ourself a new fouling expert, Haqim Al-Ankabut. Haqim has been trained by Xavier in secret and he now master the art of sticking the boot. Haqim was also granted his second MVP for always being there to take a pounding. Lailas sister in arms Brianna Foley has moved up to the A-team. and so has Azad Deylami. Since the men tend to break Shakall will reinforce the A-team with more men to see if that helps.

Game #16: We played some undead team and it was by far the worst game we played. Nothing work for the red wolves and everything worked for our opponent. It was a totall missmatch and Shakall spent the money on bribing the referee and getting a Bloodweizer babe. Could have been the right choise but who knows it was almost like the game was over before we started. Bartlett again is the one that manage to hurts some one, the zombie died but regenerated unfortunately. We lost with 0-2 and Gorthag and Brianna Foley misses next game, they are out with broken ribs and a smashed hand.

Intermission So the first sprint for 'Guillermo's Red Wolves' comes to an end. The team ended weak and we lost two really good blitzer and the capatain himself. Coach Shakall knew that coaching humans in the Black Box is hard work but still he feels that this was a dissapointment. The players that survived the sprint is a bunch of rookies and no one stands out apart from Alan Bartlett Shepard. The record for the sprint is 6/7/3 with 18/11/8 - 16/13/3 in casualties. This is by no means a catastrophy but not good either and Shakall demands perfection. His own status as human coach been going from super start to legend and now down to star. There is still room for improvmnet since we started with three draws so time will tell what happens next.

The good new for the team, Shakall and the decreasing number of fans is that with the sprint over the can focus on the game and no stupid competition.

Game #17: Some evil curse is resting over the team. Babak is trying to investigate the matter. Wolfgang Dunkle senior blitzer and the guy who failed a simple hand over from Bartlett two games in a row is blamed for losing. To top of the losy ball control he refuse to hurt players. Shakall is furious with him and he been warned that he'll be fired soon if things don't change.

Game #18: Lucky game. Wolfgang and Tupamaro scored a TD each. The spider knocked out a mummy that did not come back, good work.

Game #19: Now the people from Guillermo's Red Wolves seen it all! In the last game we played versus vampires and it was madness. They were insainly agile and could mesmerize the players so they forgot all about the game. To some of the players they were just so beautiful. Luckily the blitzers started off well and those vampires might have looked pretty but they were really foul they kept biting and hurting their own players. Due to their blood lust and a fantastic pass from Bartlett to Akashita that made no misstake we walked away with another victory.

This victory means that we have a 8-4-4 record and 44 points in the HLC-sprint.

Game #20: Epiq performance against a very strong Khemri team. The battle was back and forth and twice the blitzer got ball lose but ended in the hands of tomb guardians. Eventually we got a break after Amir knocked down the tomb guardin with the ball. The tomb guardian got up and knocked Amir down but it wasn't over there, Amir jumps up and pushed his opponent away and Hector can pick up the ball. Hector runs over to Akashita with the ball and she passes it to Alan Bartlett that had dodged away from his marking. Alan can then just walk in the winning TD, what a drama!

Game #21: Another versus chaotic dwarfs. We were the underdogs so we spent some money on a mrecenary ogre and a bloodweizer babe. The game was a real back and forth history and we started strong but could not score even with a three man advantage. They had a legendary bullcentaur that made life difficult. In the second half we applied good pressure and when that bull looked like he was going to score he failed to dodge away from Alan and Akashita. The ball went out and someone in the audiance hurled it up field where Hector Reyes could snatch it up. He scored the only TD for the night and his first ever. That victory makes it four in a row for the Red Wolves. Amir and Yorick both miss next game since they got pinched nerves. Amir totally failed to block a lonely hobgoblin, that must sting his pride.

Game #22: This was a dreamgame for the team. For the first time we met some halflings supported with two monster trees. We had a slim troop for this game but we had the god on our side for this one.

Shakall took Wolfgang to the side after todays game. Shakall said that he really noticed the improvment lately and asked him to keep it up. This turned out to be a good day for Wolfgang, he got praise from the coach, killed his first player (a halfling, but he keeps track, right!?) and played an important part in the teams four game winning streak.

Game #23: Looking over the pitch the human eye met the worst possible enemy - the hated chaos. They were far stronger and experienced then the red wolves. Shakall hired the mighty Zug and a bloodweizer babe for the game. Both the hired help were quit useless unfortunatly but the team was not! Oh boy we almost caused a real upset but Shakall is made proud for the draw. Early on in the game Amir Al-Rashad died but Babak was not called onto the pitch. Amir had not showed heart and progress and Babak was saved to save Gorthags live later on. Gorthag fractured his arm, Azad strained her groin and Rachd will move down from the 1st squad since he fractured his skull in his first game. Now to the positiv Wolfgang hurt two creatures, Bartlett another and the Spider injured the minotaur with a foul. Bartlett is tough as nails, he's the only player that have played every game and he is tied for second best blocker with Gorthag. Wolfgang is in the lead now and that pleases both him and Shakall. The draw pleased Shakall aswell and there is still a possibility to finish strong in the Human League Conferance.

Gorthag fractured his arm but he was a live and once again Shakall was to thank. Gorthag is even more firm in his dedication for him and the team. He is also very pleased to see that the fans loved him more then the mighty Zug since Gorthag got the MVP. This was Gorthag's first MVP after 21 games.

Intermission Watching your oldest son die is horrible, watching him die in battle is atleast better then some deaths. Osman Al-Rashad was in pain for sure but he never questioned Shakalls decision to not save Amir. It was early in the game and Amir should have protected himself better. After the game Shall and Osman met up and he said he was truly sad but hoped that Osman understod. They talked for a bit and Shakall said that if he didn't want more of his on play he understod, after all he fire Laila himself. Osman said that it might be to early since none of the other sons very mature enough yet. But he did have a promissing new blitzer in mind to join the ranks, Abdul Ben Raschid. The only problem was that Abdul Ben Raschid was no member of the old Guillermo's Red Wolves. Shakall explained to Osman that this might be a good thing. "As you see Osman, the human life in blood bowl is quite expendable. My plan is to save the remaining warband and let them have their time in the sun. They can get coaching assignments or play if they really want but we should bring in some fresh blood. Some players have talent on the battlefield but some of these new players that are schooled blood bowl players can be quite talented too. I want you and Laila if you can get hold of her set up a scouting network for talented players. That way Laila can travell and do what ever she wants but I need you here Osman since you are still the best player we ever had". That Osman though was a clever move and he felt pride on this gloomy day. They shook hands and Osman went to send word to Laila and have a long serious talk to Abdul Ben Raschid to see if he had the right mind to be signed up.

Game #24: Playing norse is always fun. They think they are better then usuall men but they are not! Tupamaro had the game of his life and managed two TD's and an interception and secured the 2-0 victory. Go Humans!

Game #25: The Red Wolves were pitched against a pretty decent skaven team today. They managed to knock out two of our players before we started to retaliate. Shakall weren't stressed he had a much deeper bench and Haqim started of by fouling and hurting their rat ogre. Then Tupamaros broke some ribs but Hector answered with smashing the hand off Cruddy. Now the fun started for real Wolfgang fractured Looney's arm and Hodul knocked out a blitzer. The team started to rattle the cage and the skaven had to score in turn four. On the offence they did nothing wrong. We knocked out three players and Wolfgang hurts one and fractured the leg on Tomfoolery. Bartlett walks in the equalizer. The refere did wake up after the rat ogre insident and bans Haqim and Yorick for the rest of the game. The second half was smooth sailing for Guillermo's comrades. Bartlett fractures Tizziet's arm, some ore knock outs and fouls. Khadijo get's sent of by the referee and that's the first time we had three players getting banned. When Abdul finally walks in his first TD for the team there's only four rats left on the pitch. What a glourious victory for the humans. Shakall is more then pleased with the team and Wolfgang that managed to hurt three rats today. Gorthag is also very pleased since he got his second MVP in two games.

Game #26: The redwolves were facing the werewolves in what would be something of a blood bath. It started of pretty good but Gorthag got injured and Haqim got sent off for fouling their biggest threat Kaliburr. All of a sudden it was 9 vs 9 and they had the stronger team. Then they killed Chad Brinly that joined their ranks in some kind of living dead way. We had never seen that before but Shakall had told them so they carried on in orderly fashion. The players performed well and Bartlett ran in the touch down in turn six. Shakall needed a draw in this game by any means necesary. It was to much time left of first half, he sent word to Babak. Babak knew what to do he made the sign up to the human scum on the stands and the riot broke out. It took the referees some time to get things under control and by then the necromantics could not score. They did manage to fracture Yorick Vilehawk's skull so he be moving down to the 2ond squad. In second half Shakall played smart and applied an elf tactic that set the necros back a bit. If they were braver the could probably have scored twice since we were running out of players. Briana injured her slef when she tried to dodge to make an assist, Hector got his jaw broken and Azad fell and gouged her eye. It was truly the workings of dark magic. The humans might not have dark magic but they got pride and courage. After the eqializer it was Guillermo's Red Wolves with the ball. Shakall could only field 6 out of the 13 players he started the game with but that would be enough. If the oppostion would rush backfield they would probably win the game but Shakall sensed weakness in their minds. Bartlett got the ball and fell back followed by Khadijo and Hodoul, at the same time Kamaitachi and Wolfgang rushed forward. The plan was for them to get shot down while Bartlett and the others could hold on to the ball. Abdul was just in the mix taking one for the team. The plan worked as a charm and we could secury the draw. In the end that freak werewolf smashed Wolfgang's knee but luckily Babak was there to save him.

Game #27: Amazing game were everything works and puts us in a great position to grab the number one spot and win the bashwar.

Game #28: We met a great coach with a great chaos dwarf team. Shakall tried to be positive and go for bust but unfortunatly we didn't get Nuffles blessing tonight. We fought a valiant battle versus the nasty chaos worshipers and the Spider managed to injure their dwarf with claws. Early on they killed Gorthag but Babak could save his live, still he suffered a gouged eye. Dunkle and Hodoul also got serios injuries and poor Kamaitachi died after only four games with the team. Tupamaros injured a hobgobling and Abdul Ben Raschid tried to foul for the first time and injured a dwarf named Brainless III.

Human League Conference - Season XXX

It looks like we fell a bit short from the biggest prize this season with one game. The team has done a fantastic run though and Shakall is very pleased with the players. They have transfered from mercanaries to full fled blood bowl professionals in just a season. Guillermo is gone but his legacy lives on and maybe he's even more important for his team dead then he was alive.
