The Green Tide racked up their 300th game today, and we wanted to have a quick chat with the Great Gobbo about the last hundred games. Unfortunately we were told that he was unavailable for comment as he was away on "bizniss, so zog off an keep outta arr sekret planz."

We then approached the lads from Deff Frum Abuvv, but they were too busy trying to inflate a rubber dinghy for the journey to the upcoming Ulthuan Invitational to chat to us so instead we went back and looked at the statistics.

The Green Tide's record for each of their previous 100 game runs.

Games 0-100: P100 W1 D3 L96
Games 101-200: P100 W2 D6 L92
Games 201-300: P100 W5 D3 L92

What this means is anybody's guess, mostly because the turnover of players is so high that it is almost unheard of for the team to field an unchanged side two games in a row. Probably nothing more than the fact that the Great Gobbo is getting more crafty when it comes to selecting his teams opponents!
The loss of legends such as Greeda Stinkbreath is still being felt but the current Tide team has a few players you would describe as competent (and Zed Arseface, who is a total tool but is so bad that the fans love him and keep awarding him MOTM awards).
