ranked nonsense

So, I hardly ever play ranked, as I find the horrible picking annoying (yes, yes, there are ways of "picking" in B too, but at least you get a game...)

However, with XFL looming, I've decided to get my humans a few games to try to build them for the draw, so back to GF I go...

OMFG.... hours of putting a fairly average 1500 ish human (HUMANS!!!!) team on GF and greenlighting every thing +/- 200 TV, and NOTHING, NADA, IGNORED by Everyone...

It is the gamefinding equivalent of playing vs a 4+ minuter....

So, my question is this... How do you ranked players put up with the nonsense of trying to get a fair game!?

I'm really curious. do you take up knitting? Watch TV? Paint the fricking walls?
