Notable events: Superstar Bish "The Bash" Bosh getting his hip smashed in a devious foul...Paul Richardson showed complete ineptness with the ball, dropping a great throw, and failing to pick it up again afterwards...Rangers stun him and try to show how it's done, but fail as well..1st half ended 0-0, with the knights closest to scoring despite having only 4 players left on the pitch! 12 Knight players are off the pitch by turn 7 of the second half, but Knights have one more chance to win the game, but Johnny Manziel double skulls against a catcher and the Rangers steal the ball for the win.

Legion v Marauders

A tense game with slow moving cages, and good positioning on both sides.
Notable events: George Blanda opens with fracturing Travis Stephens skull, and then proceeds to fail to hurt anyone until he is finally fouled off the field...fouler is then killed later in the game on direct orders from coach badpub...Legion manages a bloody lucky last minute score after Jason Verret decides to leap onto the ground.

Manticores v Wolves

Good things come in Tiny packages, as 'Tiny' the Manticore ogre causes 4 casualties against the White Wolves. First turn 'Tiny' SI's the St6 White wolves ogre, who is saved by the apo...Manticores move upfield until their thrower Bob falls on a GFI, letting the ball carrier get hit and the ball spilling into the crowd...Luke Kuechely KO's the white wolf player who had secured the ball, and the wolves go up 1-0...Wolves respond with a quick 2 turn TD...2nd half the Manticores blitz, but the Wolves hold them off well and look set to score until their catchers are smacked down TWICE by Evan Rodriguez, and eventually the Manticores get the ball for the late go-ahead score.

Sharks v Greenskins

The Greenskins show their strength, but their killer is Killed(yay!). Opening turn blitz by the Greenskins puts every player in contact..Thugarg the ogre squeezes through the scrum and lays out the ball carrier, but the Sharks catch the bouncing ball..Sharks make a run, but Zach knocks down the ball carrier and then holds off block after block making it to the end zone, 1-0 Greenskins...Meanwhile the Shark's Tobey Heath makes all foulers proud by killing Pryor the pomber while he lies prone, beautiful...2nd half the Greenskins advance but despite heroics by leaping Trumaine and 2db on the ball carrier on the goalline, the Greenskins get the 2-0 score.

Bruisers v Buccaneers

The previous 2 meetings had been draws, but the Bucs finally get the upper hand thanks to a goalline trip.
Notable events: Seantrel Henderson almost manages a blitz on Bishop Sankey in turn 2 (would have been a 3db and needed 3+)...Ryan Clark and Eric Ebron play a weird game of pass the parcel late in the first half...Eric then shows his skills by holding off 2 x 2db...but later has his knee smashed (fortunately saved by the good doc)...Fast Eddie replies with a OTTD...2nd half is a mess and after Bucs manage to score, Eddie trips over the goalline - Classic

A fast scoring first half, followed by a well executed stall-out in the second half. Notable events: The first half is a score fest, with two 2-turn scores by the Wolfskins, and a one turn TD and quick cage run by Cascade, meaning the teams go into the second half with a 2-2 score...Tense second half with wolfskins basing the ball carrier several times, but never managing the knock-down and Cascade get the 3-2 win...Wolfskins are only team to have caused zero casualties after first 3 rounds despite leading in number of fouls.

Amazing game with change of possession every other turn. Avalanche ogre Brodrick skulls out & Vikings have a shot to steal the ball (trn2) but Bruce Irvn stops them...Kendricks brings down Irvine, but Avalanche grab the bouncing ball & run for the end zone..Vikings catch them & steal the ball, and THROW IT to their ogre Cyrus!!!..who fights off an ogre and scores to lead 1-0 at the half. 2nd half, Vikings try for one turn TD, but fail the pass and Avalanche steal. More back & forth, but with vikings in possession, Avalanche strike in last turn, stealing ball and Jeron grabs the bouncing ball, and sprints off to the end zone to seal the draw 1-1.

Grizzlies v Wreckers

Wreckers just can't get the OTTD going, and the Grizzlies get their first win. Wreckers kick off to the Grizzlies, and force them back, dominating the LOS...Grizzlies try to make a break for it, but fumbbl the throw...Wreckers try to cover the ball, but Austin steals in for the Grizzlies and they go up 1-0, with Wreckers failing the final dodge on OTTD atempt...Wreckers find hard going at start of the second half, but break through to go 1-1 with 3 turns left...Grizzlies respond by flooding the backfield with too many targets for the wreckers to cover, and get the 2-1 score...Wreckers try OTTD, but fumbbl the long pass, game over.

Thunder v Thunderbolts

Thunder and Bolts ends in a draw after stellar play by Darqueza Dennard. The Thunder receive and push down the flank, but Dennard uses shadowing & dodge to mark the ball carrier and trip Chris Givens. Ninkovich lays out Dennard & Luck makes off with the ball & Thunder go up 1-0..Thunderbolts mess up the throw and are 1-0 down at the half..Tunderbolts get a quick score in the second half with Darqueeze Dennard catching and running in the ball..Bolts fail to capatilise on subsequent pitch invasion & Thunder make a run for the flank, but Darqueze shows up wrestling Stipe to the ground solo and then using his tackle to stop Luck dodging, securing the 1-1 draw.

Sluggers v Griffins

Sluggers skull out 1db on first two turns, causing the ball carrier to be sacked..Sluggers re-secure the ball and a big scrum results in the middle...Keith of the sluggers tries to escape the scrum but falls over allowing Griffins to get the ball. A brilliant dump+off play is ruined as Telvin Smith KO's on failed GI..Sluggers secure the ball back & take the lead 1-0.. 2nd half. Griffin's QB Jordan Jefferson fails the GFI while setting a pass, leaving the ball open..Griffins re-secure & Jordan redeems himself by fighting off sluggers players, but fumbles the short pass, leaving the ball exposed...however the Griffins secure & score an equaliser for a fair draw.

Gunners v Patriots

Despite Dont'a Hightower being MNG, the Pats get it done at the death. Patriot start steadily down the flank, holding off the gunners..Ref is tough & bans the first two foulers, despite no injuries. Pat's Khalil Mack has a great 1st half, BH a Gunner's blitzer and pushing ex-patriot Matt Light into the crowd, where he is killed. Bortles walks it in for 1-0 halftime...Gunners form a cage, and manage to fight off the patriots..An opening appears on the side, & although Matt Flynn blitzes, he only pushes the ball carrier & ends up in the crowd for his trouble!.Gunners score with 2 turns left as Pats pressure & the Patriots respond with a long pass to score the winner.

Bandits v Classics

A very balanced game, which could have gone either way.Nice moves by Danny Coale of Bandits to grab the opening score, but they suffer KO after KO leaving them badly outmanned..Fonzie falls while trying to secure the ball after knocking down Vontanze and blitzing Michael Floyd off the pitch..Rodenburger uses the opportunity to pounce on the ball and tie the game...Culpepper almost gives away an INT after Troy tries to pass block, but is saved by safe throw..Michael Floyd shows his skills & scores the winning TD on his own fending off Coby Fleener several times... Sapp almost stops him, but fails the last GFI & the Classics get the win.

Unicorns v Scimitars

An eventful first half with no score -Scimitars advance up the flank until Juron Criner gets knocked down, giving the Unicorns a shot at the ball...Chad regains it for the Scimitars, but is knocked down & this time Unicorns secure it...Unicorns look set to score until Juron redeems himself by forcing the ball carrier to skull himself out despite a re-roll, and the half ends 0-0...Second half Kim of the Scimitars manage three blitzes on the ball carrier, but cannot get him down & the Unicorns finally push him off the field. By the end of the game only 5 Scimitar players are on the pitch & they decide they've had enough, letting the Unicorns walk in the game winning TD.

49'ers v Universe

A tense close start that ended up as a resounding victory for the Universe thanks to two interceptions thrown by Joe Montana. Notable events: Justin Smith too boneheaded to stand up to blitz the ball carrier right next to him early in the game...end of 1st half only 5 49ers on the field, all refusing to get up...Joe Montana accidently throws two interceptions to start the second half, dude needs to work on his safe throw...DWight Clark almost gets a consolation score, but gets knocked down and almost kills himself trying to recover the ball again (still the MVP for the 49ers though).

Razorbacks v Cardinals

A rough game for the Cardinals that they'll probably want to forget about, while the Razorbacks are on a roll. Notable events: Opening turn blitz kills Aaron Murray, apo doesn't give a shit...Razorbacks ride their luck in the first half...Van Kessel pretty useless until he finally gets someone off the field, and is sent off himself..Doug Martin shows pretty sweet moves for an equaliser...All downhill from there for the Cardinals - ...Vann Bartholomeu clear man of the match with all three touchdowns and standing up to an ogre at the end of the game.

Eagles v Foxes

Foxes underestimate Dre Kilpatrick pass defence as he gets an INT &stops potential game-winning throw. Foxes open with a blitz, but Eagles hold them off & build a cage...Cage moves next to prone Dirk Heldman who jumps up and knocks down the ball carrier...Eagles' Derek Carr makes a run for the endzone, but the foxes knock him down & steal the ball...Foxes run for the endzone, & although Eagles surround the ball, they dodge in to score 1-0..Foxes throw is INT in a brilliant pass block by Dre Kirkpatrick & the Eagles tie 1-1...Foxes set up for the game winning pass, but too close to Dre, who nips in to pester Brandon, causing him to mis-throw and the game ends 1-1.
