Scribbl Climax III

As a general rule, the teams that tend to get a lot of love in these votes are the teams that have had stellar performances in the previous seasons before, and if there are any teams that can hold that title comfortably, it will be the Montetriste Noblemen. Winners of the Old World regionals years 2601 and 2602, a Autumn Gold Division frequentee since Year One and having since claimed their first ever Gold 1st in last year’s competition they have been a league staple ever since. And they have thus far not shown any signs of slowing down. So it’s no wonder there is a lot of support out for the Noblemen, even if they were pipped at the post in this year’s Spring Regional by the Dragon Hawks the fans still consider them to be in it to win it.
The Old World has certainly gotten a few mainstays across the various divisions in this year’s CIBBL Climax, but a region that is just as potent for it’s roster and yet a good two years younger is the region of Ulthuan and Naggaroth. The Clar Karond Black Widows are the 3rd of these teams from that stacked region, and although they didn’t place as highly as their fellow Dark Elves or High Elven counterparts, their access to the Standard Elf Agility Suite™ and up to four of the extremely dangerous Witch Elves on hand still makes them a dangerously aggressive and aggressively elusive side that anyone would hope not to come against. It also helps that they are the only mostly AG4 team in the division.
Honourable Mentions? This division on the whole has a mix of teams that were either in the game since Year One, or recent joinees since Year Three, and every single one of them would be worthy of a few words said about them but, of the selection here there are three of them who have all won their respective Regional Competitions to earn their places in this division; the Coven of the Mirrored Hall (One of the League’s first teams to join), the Leicheberg Lycans (Joined Summer Year Three) and the Mahrak Maulers (Joined Autumn Year Three). Three teams from entirely different regions and yet all of them would be worth keeping an eye on throughout this competition. And who knows, there’s no accounting for an unexpected upset in the making.
