Trantio Dragon Hawks

As you all know, after an unfortunate year and the loss of many valued teammates, we at Trantio finally celebrated a Spring victory. The team has been training diligently in anticipation for the SCRIBBL Climax Qualifiers, and we all look to continue our successes.

As the teams were placed within their groups, I was intrigued with the fourth qualifier, our opponents for this season. We have only met one other team in the group and look forward to playing against new opponents. As of the time of writing we have already tied our game with elemental Tsunami Terrors, and the unnatural forms of their players as they evaded all blows only reinforce the fact that magic has no place on the Blood Bowl pitch. Only their stone golems behaved as a player should.

Our next matchup has been announced, against the Vampires of Offa's Hearthweru. While no doubt a powerful team, we know their weakness, and have the means to exploit it. Our Elven players can outrun the creatures of the night while the rest of the team supports them, and keeps the monsters away.

As for the other teams in the group, we feel confident in our abilities to defeat them. Ali's Anarchists are slow, although their Tomb Guardians could prove formidable. Our history with the Grand Celestial Delegate is a win and a loss each in 2601, and we are interested in how the team has changed over the years. The Rotfall Ironworks Rocketeers should fall like any Skaven, in spite of the illegal weapons they are known to field. While we have yet to see such a fight, I believe Arnbjörn will make short work of the Shroomwood Attercops and leave their Orcs to fend for themselves. Finally, perhaps the most concerning possibly opponent, are the True Roots of Khaine. A forest of Treemen is bound to be difficult to pass, and the tenacity of the forest spirits that accompany them is well known, even in Tilea.

But we look forward to each and every game, and the roar of our supporters in the stands. The Trantio Dragon Hawks started this year with a victory, and we intend to continue.
