A member of the original team, Zealous Robber was never a real robber. As far the the Nuzzling Necroes' management know, that is. As the team's kicker he often does rob their opponents from an easy start by kicking the ball exactly where they don't want it to land. He usually takes his time to prepare his kick, polishing the ball, removing tiny bumps on the field, readjusting his helmet, tying his shoes twice over and loudly proclaiming he will kick the ball in the name of Nuffle. Then he starts his prayer, usually lasting a few minutes and involves him cowering on the field wailing about the might of Nuffle and the unworthiness of all the other players on the field. His team mates and a large share of the fans hate his guts (or whatever is left of them) but there's a very devoted group of Necromaniacs that support him, usually joining him in his prayer, causing much confusion, laughter and sometimes panic on the stands.
