The Lip of Kaxam was torn of Kaxam Skinflayers face (or what most believe to be his/her/its face) with a mighty jab delivered by Gnarlsore. The severed lip was the only thing left after the remainder of Skinflayer disappeared in a mid-pitch vortex following the thunderous blow.
