Juliana Bolthead mostly gets her nickname from the fact that her skull is quite literally bolted on. Juliana recieved a strange mutation where her head can, just at random, wander off on its own. It doesn't kill her, but it is extremely annoying when she can't see where her body's going, and where her head is going at the same time. So, she did the only sensible thing and bolted her neck to her shoulders.
Secretly, she hates chaos for what it's done to her head, and thoroughly despises the ruinous powers. However, she's not giving up blood bowl, so, she continues to play, and keep her fact that the gods they play for are gods she curses the name of on her off time.
