I have decided I'm convinced the RNG is borked. way too many times my opponent gets more than 5/9th of his 2d pows on my norsemen. As of game 890, I've decided to keep the ratios:

total 932 of 1583 = 59% (broken RNG)
blitzer pow 56 of 93 = 62% (you're killing me RNG)
LOS 62:99 = 62 above average
