Werner was an adequate lineman, but lacked initiative and was overall rather unremarkable. He was benched most of the time in favor of better players, and after the teams transformation in the Bleakwood he simply kept sitting on that bench and was more or less forgotten by the team. Now after having lost a few players the team needs to be reinforced, and Drache figures that Werner is as good a player as any to just stick on the line of scrimmage to soak up blocks.

Werner turned out to be a natural at taking punches to the face without permanent injury, Lich-Coach Drache is pleased with his performance.

Werner's unremarkable career ended on 2021-02-08 as he took one final hit for the team from an Araby Dervish. He will be remembered as an adequate lineman. Not great, but not terrible.
