Bel is Lord of the First, and the only archdevil to spend more time warring with their eternal enemies, the demons, in the Bloodwar than with other archdevils. He betrayed Zariel, the former mistress of the First, to take his current position. He has attempted to ally himself with both <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=289172">Baalzebul</a> and <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=289171">Mephistopheles</a>, but his overtures were rebuffed.
