Ashk-ur-men-tep is a past king of Djelibeybi (Third Empire). He is practicly the same as every other king Djelibeybi has had, but that is probably because Djelibeybi isn't known for it's originality. Kept in a pyramid to keep him on the verge of death, he has finaly been released from his forsaken cell by a decendent of his (Teppicymon XXVII).
