An Assassin, Teatime sees things differently than other people, partly because one of his eyes is glass and the other has a pinhole pupil. He has a pet peeve about people mispronouncing his name (Teh-ah-tim-eh, not four o'clock), and he spends his free time thinking of ways to kill the Disc's anthropomorphic personifications.
