Mjalnir and his brother Njarl were part of a norse expidition into the northern wastes in search of a legendary treasure. The norsemen were soon scattered by the might of the Northern Tribe, but the two brothers escaped and seeked refuge in the valley of the warp gate. The mutating powers have effected them to a high degree, but their powers have mostly been benificial, although perhaps not so much on their apperance.
