Tinradcha was expelled from the tribe because he would dance naked during their spring and winter festivals. This in itself is not a bad thing, but Tinradcha liked to do the "propeller" while dancing in front of the elven ladies. This is acceptable behavior for elvish fraternity parties, but not for other social events. He now uses his special skill to confuse and confound opponents.
