Valgarus the Obliterator was recruited soon after the violent death of Denethol the Ballistic. Unlike his predecessor, Valgarus was surprisingly competant and almost always eager to spill blood for his deity, Khorne the Blood God. This made him an immediate choice for the Annihilators and he quickly forged a bloody reputation from amongst the pitch. Also unlike his predecessor, he was popular enough with his fans that Khorne blessed him with new crimson armour to better spill the blood of his enemies.

It seems that despite Valgarus' marked improvement over his predecessor, Denethol the Ballistic, it seems faith would have it that he too was destined for a brutally short and painful career. It was during a match against a Dwarf team did Valgarus finally meet his match. His Crimson armour soon turned even more crimson when he was brutally torn apart by a Slayer and Dwarven Blitzer. At this point, the original founding members have now simply accepted the loss of any new Warrior member as an inevitable and humorous fact of life.
