Sam used to be a bartender in the chaos lands. In his time there, he has seen Blood bowl players pass through his bar. Players he knew he could beat. Sam gathered some of his regulars and rallied them together to form a team: Drinking Dwarves. The main trick was getting the Minotaur drunk enough to agree.
