Hailing from the desolate ruins of Anlec, their players are as unforgiving as the jagged cliffs and dark forests that surround them. With raven emblems adorning their steel blue armor, they strike fear into their opponents both with their ominous presence and their relentless, ambush-style tactics.

The Anlec Nightwings are said to have one of the most superstitious fanbases in all of Blood Bowl. Before each game, die-hard fans scatter small carved raven tokens across the pitch, claiming they bring "shadow blessings" to the team. Opposing coaches have protested this practice, especially after one player claimed he tripped over a token and broke his ankle. The Nightwings, of course, deny everything—except the part where they benefit from “luck”.
