WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SNOTLINGS THINK

A Snotling sat one day after another thrashing and mulled over his future. Slapped by the opponents and then by his bigger team mates, he had just lost another friend to the after match dinner menu.

‘There must be more to life that this’, thought the snotling. It was then that something rarer that an Ogre team winning happened – the little guy had an idea!

‘Why should we get pushed around all the time?’ ‘ Why shouldn’t it be OUR team?’

‘Surely it might be the Ogres fault we always lose and not ours’, thought the tiny fella.

He spoke to the elite snotling players around the league. Behind the bike sheds; in the infirmary; in the kitchen; and before you knew it he had enough players to register a team. Now league rules didn’t allow a snotling team to play, he knew that. So he went and found the only Ogre who had ever been kind to him – largely because no other Ogres liked her – Lonesome L’il.

Now L’il could see that being the lone Ogres in a team of snotlings had few down sides. Let’s face it, they were going to lose anyway. So she hooked up with the most unpopular Ogre in all BloodBowl, Unloved Ulric, (due to his bad breath and the stale aroma emanating from his trousers mostly), and agreed to the Snotlings plan.

Well our hero re named himself after a famous character he had heard somewhere, and Wellingtons great idea was a reality. Other Ogre teams just laughed at them. Until they started winning that is!

Now the rest is history in the making!
