A spectre is haunting CIBBL. The spectre of goblinism. All the powers of the Old World have entered into a holy alliance to exorcise this spectre: Theogonist and Tsar, Berger and Border Prince, Tree spirits and Dwarf miners.

Where is the team in opposition that has not been decried as goblinistic by its opponents in the locker room? Where is the opposition that has not hurled back the branding reproach of goblinism, against the more advanced races, as well as against its reactionary adversaries?

Two things result from this fact:
I. Goblinism is already acknowledged by all World powers to be itself a
power.
II. It is high time that Goblins should openly, in the face of the whole world, publish their views, their aims, their tendencies, and meet this nursery tale of the Spectre of Goblinism with a manifesto of the party itself.

To this end, Goblins of various nationalities have assembled to show the races of the world that the old ways of blood bowl are coming to an end, and a new order will rise!
